• We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, ingredient details, dimensions, shades, and other specifications. Images may appear slightly different because of lighting, photography, or device-screen settings.
• For artificial jewellery, minor variations in finish, colour, stone placement, size, or texture may occur between batches. Product-specific descriptions take precedence where clearly stated.
• Customers should review the product description, ingredients, warnings, size, shade, material, and usage instructions before purchasing.

• Use cosmetics and personal-care products only as directed on the label. Check the ingredient list and warnings before use. If you have known sensitivities or allergies, seek appropriate professional advice before use.
• Perform a patch test where appropriate and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Product results can vary by person; no particular result is guaranteed unless expressly stated and substantiated.
• For hygiene and safety, opened, used, unsealed, or tampered beauty products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns, except where required by law or where the product is defective, damaged, counterfeit, expired, or incorrectly supplied.
• Do not use a product that appears tampered with, contaminated, or expired. Contact us promptly with order details and clear photographs.

• Keep jewellery away from water, perfume, deodorant, cosmetics, sweat, and harsh chemicals. Store it in a dry place and follow any care instructions supplied with the item.
• Wear-and-tear, tarnishing, plating changes, breakage caused by mishandling, or damage after use are not treated as delivery damage unless evidence shows the issue existed on arrival or applicable law requires otherwise.

• All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR ₹), inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless stated otherwise. Prices and offers may change prospectively; the price confirmed for an accepted order will apply, subject to obvious pricing errors and applicable law.
• Orders are subject to stock availability and acceptance. We may contact you to verify order details. An order is confirmed after successful payment or confirmation of the payment method offered at checkout.
• Use only the payment methods displayed at checkout. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only if explicitly shown for the relevant order. Never share your OTP, PIN, or password with anyone claiming to represent us.

• Shipping charges, if any, and estimated delivery timelines will be displayed at checkout or communicated before order confirmation. Dispatch and delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by courier operations, weather, public events, or other circumstances.
• Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and phone number. Additional charges or delays caused by an incorrect address or failed delivery may apply where permitted by law and disclosed to the customer.
• If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of the outer package and product and contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

• Please contact our Customer Support team at +91 8591284490 immediately to request cancellation. Cancellation may be possible before dispatch, but cannot be guaranteed once packing, dispatch, or fulfilment has begun.
• If an order is cancelled by us because the item is unavailable or cannot be fulfilled, any amount paid for that order will be refunded through the original payment method or another lawful agreed method.

• Promotional offers may have specific eligibility, duration, stock, and usage conditions, which will be disclosed with the offer. Offers cannot be combined unless expressly permitted.
• Free gifts or promotional items, if supplied, may need to be returned with the order where the applicable offer terms and law permit.

• We use customer information to process orders, arrange delivery, provide support, and meet legal obligations. Personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023).
• Security notice: Do not send payment passwords, OTPs, or unnecessary sensitive information through social media or messaging channels.

Brand names, logos, photographs, videos, product descriptions, and original creative materials displayed by Just For Beauty may be protected by intellectual-property laws. They may not be copied or used commercially without written permission, except as permitted by law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by misuse, failure to follow product instructions, or inaccurate delivery details supplied by the customer.

• We may update these terms for future orders by publishing a revised version with an updated effective date. The terms applicable to an order are those shown or communicated when the order is placed, subject to applicable law.
• These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the competent forum or authority under applicable law; nothing here restricts a consumer from approaching a forum available under consumer-protection law.
